Neb Wine Bar in Seattle hosts a pop-up series, kicking off in celebration of Eric Tanaka’s birthday, starting May 8, from 5 to 10 p.m.
Tanaka is incredible part of the Seattle hospitality industry and has been Tom Douglas’ right hand for the last 15 years.
“ET’s Spaghetti Pizza Pop-Up” at Neb will be on May 8. ET will be cooking with Neb’s Chef Balti Vu. Reservations are accepted, but not required. Come celebrate one of our Seattle restaurant’s favorites as he cooks his favorite birthday meal from childhood.
