Bar Solea, Brendan McGill’s Downtown Seattle trattoria and pizzeria, is celebrating its one-anniversary, with exciting specials from Nov. 1 to Nov. 4.

To honor the one-year (paper) anniversary, bar manager Pete Stalvey will be shaking up some Paper Plane cocktails with bourbon, amaro nonino, aperol, and lemon for $11.
