Fall Winemaker Dinner

The Valdemar team invites you to their Annual Fall Winemaker Dinner, Friday, Nov. 3 in Walla Walla.

Join Valdemar Estates for an unforgettable fall release winemaker dinner from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Nov. 8 at their breathtaking winery in Walla Walla. Winemaker Devyani Isabel Gupta and Owner Jesus Martinez Bujanda will guide you through five unforgettable courses, thoughtfully paired with their exclusive fall release wines.

Widely known for their Spanish wines and tapas, indulge in a five-course meal at Washington’s premier winery. Tickets are available for $185 per person and for those 21 and up. This incredibly crafted dinner will feature the following wines and dishes.

First-course:
2022 CV Tempranillo Blanco
Tender Salad with Garden Herbs

Second-course:
2021 French Creek Chardonnay:
Bass and squash in a cream sauce

Third-course:
2020 Walla Walla Syrah:
Pheasant, trumpet mushrooms, and wild rice

Fourth-course:
2019 CV Limited Edition
Double-cut pork chop with cinnamon and carrots

Fifth-course:
2020 Klipsun Cabernet:
Almond cake with dulce de leche ice cream
