Sunnyside
One of the largest cultural celebrations in the Pacific Northwest takes place in Yakima Valley, courtesy of the City of Sunnyside and Sunnyside Rotary. This three-day extravaganza will offer an assortment of fun for all ages, with more than 100 food and drink vendors, dancing horses, live entertainment, traditional music, a carnival, a car show and a Cinco de Mayo Parade to cap off the exciting celebrations. The event takes place May 3, from 3 to 9 p.m.; May 4, from noon to 11 p.m.; and May 5, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.

May 4 and May 5: Waterways Cinco de Mayo Party Cruise
Seattle
Cheers to the holiday aboard the Cinco de Mayo Party Cruise, hosted by Waterway Cruises in Seattle. May 5: Cinco de Mayo 5K
Puyallup
Enjoy a Cinco de Mayo celebration in Washington guilt-free this year by kicking off your party early (check-in starts at 8:30 a.m.) with the Cinco de Mayo 5K in Puyallup. This moderately challenging trail takes runners through the scenic waters of Clark’s Creek, followed by a fiesta with themed drinks, food and an all-around great time with fellow running enthusiasts.
