W Bellevue Hotel

Ideally located in the heart of Bellevue’s Lincoln Square South (mere steps from all of this beautiful, bustling city’s premier dining, shopping and culture), W Bellevue hotel offers a wealth to do and explore alongside first-rate accommodations and amenities. Full of wonderful artwork, happening places to congregate, and unique and upscale design flourishes, the hotel is the most elegant and lively place to stay in Bellevue’s growing epicenter.

Opening in 2017 as part of the Bellevue Collection’s Lincoln Square South expansion, W Bellevue honors the city’s outdoor-inspired heritage with unique charm and sophistication. As soon as you arrive, you are struck by the massive, three-story mural by internationally renowned artist Andrew “Gaia” Pisacane that encircles the hotel’s magnificent floating staircase. Bursting with imagery depicting Washingtonians’ profound connection with nature, the piece is the perfect homage to the region’s culture.

On the hotel’s second floor (where you check in), you will find The Living Room, which leads out to the open-air patio called The Porch. Each features more incredible artwork (including two stunning original pieces from famed Japanese street artist Lady Aiko) and fireplaces to cozy up to in the colder months. They are also perfect for congregating or grabbing a drink, and there is often live music and DJs livening the mood well into the evening.

Also on the second floor is perhaps our favorite feature of the hotel, The Library. Shelves of old books envelop a quaint, 70s-style couch and floating chairs, perfect for taking a break and unwinding after a long day soaking up all that Bellevue has to offer. Up on the third floor, you will find more wonderful artwork as well as games, ample comfy seating and the hotel’s meeting and event spaces. All of the property’s common areas feel lived-in and inviting, just begging guests to explore, socialize or find a quiet place to relax.

W Bellevue offers 220 splendid rooms and 25 unique and extravagant suites. Typical of the W brand, décor throughout is modern and vibrant, with design touches like concrete walls and pops of color juxtaposing with the views of pine trees, Lake Washington and the city out your window. Amenities are all state-of-the-art and what you would expect from a W Hotel. The combination of fun décor, upscale amenities and incredible views makes the time spent in your room a blissful escape.

The grandest of them all is the aptly-named Extreme WOW Suite, a 2,302-sq.-ft. architectural work of art on the 13th floor. FIT

Looking to stay in shape during your stay? W Bellevue offers one of the most impressive fitness centers of any hotel in the country. FIT is an expansive, 24-hour, state-of-the-art fitness center that feels more like a high-class gym (think: Equinox) than what you typically discover in a hotel. For further fitness, the hotel’s famed Whatever/Whenever concierge can help with group workout classes, hikes or paddle board sessions on the nearby lake, while nearby you have TruFusion, SoulCycle and a host of other group fitness options within The Bellevue Collection.
