With streaming starting Dec. 18, Seattle-based Pacific Northwest Ballet presents a favorite holiday tradition, George Balanchine’s The Nutcracker, directly to your screen.
Starting Dec. 18 through Dec. 26, ballet-lovers, supporters of the arts and those simply in the holiday spirit are invited to stream an archival performance of George Balanchine’s The Nutcracker with the unique-to-Seattle scenery and costumes by Ian Falconer.
The show, which takes place in a candy-filled dreamland, runs an hour and 35 minutes long.
