Quickfire, The Newest Seattle-Based Meal Kit

Without large-scale events taking place in Seattle, Chef Hans Reisinger and the culinary team of Bell Harbor International Conference Center is putting their talents to other uses with the creation of Quickfire meal kits.

Every Quickfire kit offers a high-quality multi-course meal requiring minimal cooking experience, perfect for busy weeknights. Each meal is prepared in 30 minutes or less; simply cook the protein and reheat the sides.

Favorite Quickfire dishes include:

  • Blue Cheese, Dried Apple, Candied Walnut Salad and Wine Vinaigrette Salad
  • Beef Tenderloin with Sherry Thyme Reduction and Café de Paris Butter
  • Roasted French Baby Potatoes
  • Organic Baby Carrots and Green Beans
  • Yakima Stone Fruit Clafoutis with Vanilla Whipped Cream

Meal kits range from $55 to $120 and come in three sizes: two, three or four servings.

Quickfire offers contact-less pickup at the World Trade Center Seattle, directly across the street from Bell Harbor. Order by 10 a.m. Monday to pick up on Wednesday; order by 10 a.m. Wednesday to pick up on Friday.
