Following the successful Eastlake pop-up, renowned chef and restaurateur Brian Clevenger has unveiled his highly anticipated restaurant, G.H. Pasta and Pizza, in West Seattle.
Clevenger’s culinary philosophy revolves around offering handmade pasta, locally sourced vegetables and a diverse array of seafood and proteins that celebrate fresh, local and seasonal ingredients. The menu showcases an array of fan favorites, including bowls of fresh pasta, 12-in. pizzas with rotating specials, starters and refreshing salads. G.H. Pasta and Pizza’s bar program features 20 taps that showcase breweries from Seattle and across Washington State. The beer selection is complemented by a range of seasonal handcrafted cocktails, showcasing spirits from local distilleries, frozen drinks, and a curated selection of local and Italian wines are available.
Spanning 2,000 square feet, the newly opened restaurant restaurant provides indoor seating for 40 guests, complete with an adults-only area. The highlight of the space is an expansive year-round heated outdoor patio capable of accommodating up to 75 diners.
“We’re so excited to finally be bringing our G.H. Pasta and Pizza concept to West Seattle. It was very well received at our pop-up in Eastlake, and something we think is a great fit for this community,” says Clevenger, in a recent press release.
G.H. Pasta and Pizza is open Sunday to Thursday, 4 to 9 p.m., and Friday and Saturday, 4 to 10 p.m. Happy hour menus are available daily from 4 to 5 p.m. and from 9 to 10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. The restaurant also launches its Primetime Seahawks event, during which fans can enjoy exclusive food and drink specials during every Seahawks game this season, including the G.H./Seapine Lager for just $5.
