Reuben’s Brews Fremont

Beer lovers, rejoice! Reuben’s Brews, the beloved Seattle brewery that started in Ballard over 10 years ago, just opened a new taproom in the Fremont neighborhood.

Reuben’s Brews new Fremont Avenue taproom aims to create a welcoming environment where friends and families can gather to enjoy exceptional craft beers, unique community events and tasty casual fare by Reuben’s Eats. Filled with natural light and furnished with comfortable built-in benches, this inviting space is the perfect place to relax with loved ones while enjoying a cold pint. The Fremont Avenue taproom offers cozy, cafe-style indoor seating, an outdoor patio area, a to-go store and parking on site.

“We are beyond excited to introduce our new neighbors to the Reuben’s experience,” says co-founder Adam Robbings, in a press release. “We’re passionate about using Fremont Avenue as another place to build community and share our love of great beer—and great food!”

The new taproom features more than a dozen taps, including a curated selection of Reuben’s favorites, as well as the latest limited releases. The cranberry-orange sour and s’mores stout are sure to be crowd pleasers this season. To celebrate the opening of the Fremont taproom, Reuben’s Brews has a fun new beer called Body Paint, a fluffy IPA brewed with citra, mosaic, nelson and galaxy hops—it’s glittery and purple in color!

To pair with the beer, Reuben’s Eats offers a variety of delicious food options. Favorites include the pork katsu sandwich with panko fried pork, caramelized onion, tangy sesame slaw and katsu sauce on a ciabatta roll; and the cavatappi mac and cheese that features Robust Porter and Beecher’s sharp cheddar. Pro tip: get it “kimcheese” style, which includes kimchi, Reuben’s beer cheese and garlic chili crunch. The taproom also has one of the best Caesar salads in Seattle!

Since launching in 2012, Reuben’s Brews has gained a reputation for crafting unique brews that reflect a spirit of both tradition and innovation. The opening of the new taproom in Fremont is another significant step in the journey to provide memorable experiences that encourage fans new and familiar to explore the world of beer.

The new Reuben’s Brews taproom is open daily from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. For more information, visit reubensbrews.com.
