Situated on Lake Washington and offering beautiful water views, Dock & Drink offers the ideal summer setting for guests of all ages in Renton. The outdoor lakefront restaurant serves seasonally inspired bites, handcrafted cocktails, local beer and wine, and zero-proof mocktails.
Dock & Drink is located on the first-level boardwalk at the Hyatt Regency Lake Washington, offering a casual, relaxed environment that is both family- and dog- friendly. Its sprawling waterfront patio has plenty of seating, which is first come, first served. Guests can choose from picnic tables, lounge chairs that face the lake and regular dining tables, as well as a covered bar area. Dock & Drink is the ideal spot to grab a bite and enjoy a view of Lake Washington, the Olympic Mountains and the Seattle skyline.
Food offerings include various salads, shared plates and appetizers such as chicken wings and chips with guacamole and salsa. Summer favorites include the prawn tacos, pulled pork tacos and several hot dogs including a delicious Seattle dog, with cream cheese, sauerkraut, sriracha and grilled onion. For a heartier bite, savor burgers and sandwiches like the Hawaiian burger, Caesar wrap and tuna salad sandwich.
For sipping alongside the lake view, Dock & Drink has a good selection of beers on tap, as well as canned cider and seltzer. Local wines are available by the glass and by the bottle. Signature cocktails include the Lake Life with Woodinville bourbon and Ancho Reyes chili liqueur; the White Linen with gin and St. Germain; and the Tropic Like It’s Hot, made with El Jimador silver tequila, fruit juices, orange bitters and cherry. Visitors can also enjoy Moscow mules, frozen cocktails and mocktails.
Throughout the summer, Dock & Drink hosts live music and events at Sip Lounge (check here for the events lineup). There is also a dockside market right next to the restaurant, which offers complimentary moorage for three hours and has essentials like lake apparel, sun care, ice, drinks and snacks. There are paddleboard rentals available as well.
Dock & Drink offers two hours of complimentary parking with validation, and Volta electric car charging stations are available. Guests can come by land or by lake – dock space is available for boaters on a first come, first served basis with a three-hour limit.
