Herradura Tequila Dinner

Embark on a journey through time and tradition with Herradura Tequila on Wednesday, Nov. 8. at Poquitos in Bothell.

Come experience a guided tasting from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 on Nov. 8 at Poquitos Bothell location. Explore some of Herradura’s finest tequila while learning more about the artistry of their distillation process. Sip and savor with a three-course meal pairing that draws inspiration from the award-winning tequila.

The first course will consist of a mouthwatering shrimp and scallop Ceviche. Blanco tequila and lime marinated shrimp and scallops, red onion, orange, cucumber, jicama, habanero, cilantro and served with tostadas Course two is a thinly sliced top sirloin beef marinated in, Tequila Repesado, garlic, herbs, and tamari. Served with assorted roasted squash, pinto beans, corn tortillas, and salsa borracha. The third and final course is tequila poached pears and ice cream, Bosc pears poached in Tequila Añejo, lime, and served over vanilla ice cream.

Tickets for this 21 and up event are $50 per person and included is a welcome cocktail, entry to the event, a three-course meal, and guided tasting, plus a few surprises along the way. Limited spots are available!
