Pouring from Walla Walla’s only exclusive sparkling winery, Yellowhawk Resort and Sparkling House has released its first four wines.
The new wines will be available exclusively at Walla Walla Steak Co. and Crossbuck Brewing for pours and will soon be available at Yellowhawk’s online store and all Revelers Club locations including Gaucho Seattle, Bellevue, Tacoma and Portland.
The new wines feature a zippy and bubbly white ($28), with crisp floral notes; a bubbly rosé ($28), with hints of stone fruit and orange blosso;, and a sparkling red pour ($28), featuring plum and violets. The fourth bottle is a 2019 sparkling Sémillon ($48), highlighting Meyer lemon from the Double River Estate Vineyard. The sparkling wine program, led by George-Ann Robertson, will continue to grow over the years and plans to expand its wine list in hopes of bringing more to the locals of Walla Walla.
