June 11: Big “O” Drag Brunch

Book your spot for Fairmont Olympic‘s second-annual The Big “O” Drag Brunch, hosted by Kung Pow Meow and produced by Andrew Hoge. The Washington Pride event, taking place June 11, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in Fairmont Olympic’s Spanish Ballroom, will feature performances from Seattle’s top queens and a bougie bar with Bloody Marys, mimosas and espresso martinis. Dress to impress!

June 16: Constellation: Youth Pride Mixer

Join Seattle’s LGBTQ+ Center and Museum of Pop Culture for a galaxy-sized youth mixer June 16, 7 to 10 p.m. Explore MoPOP’s exhibitions, mingle with peers and community organizations, dance along to DJ Toya B, create your own zine and enjoy a drag show and meet-and-greet with Rita LaRue.
Cost: Tickets start at $5 when purchased in advance; will be an additional $5 when purchased at the door.

June 24: PrideFest Capitol Hill 2023

Saturday, June 25, noon to 8 p.m., PrideFest Capitol Hill returns to entertain the masses of all ages with a trio of stages (including a family/queer youth stage), two beverage gardens and 100-plus vendors. The street festival runs for five blocks from Roy in the north to John/Olive in the South, just across from the light rail station. A doggy drag contest, a dance party and much more is on the agenda. PrideFest Capitol Hill is free to attend.

June 24: Garage Pride 2023

Issaquah

Issaquah’s fourth-annual Pride celebration, produced by The Garage, a Teen Cafe, takes place on the Issaquah Community Center’s lawn Saturday, June 24, noon to 3 p.m. At this family-friendly community picnic, event-goers will enjoy food trucks, games and live entertainment, all curated by Issaquah teens who identify as LGBTQIA+ and ally friends.

June 25: Seattle Pride Parade

The 49th-annual Seattle Pride Parade takes place Sunday, June 25, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., with the route running through Downtown Seattle along 4th Avenue, between Pike Street and Denny Way (step-off will be at Westlake Park). The parade–which is free to attend–promises to be a celebration advancing awareness of LGBTQIA+ issues and promoting equal human rights for all.

June 25: PrideFest Seattle Center 2023

Post-parade, get to PrideFest Seattle Center, set for Sunday, June 25, noon to 8 p.m. Event-goers will savor entertainment on three stages, a trio of beverage gardens, 100-plus artists and exhibitors, festival food vendors and more. PrideFest Seattle Center is free to attend.

July 1: Capital City Pride Festival

This year, Capital City Pride Festival presents the theme, Remember the Future, Celebrate the Past. Kicking off July 1, 11:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., at the Port Plaza, families are invited to enjoy music, entertainment, booths and much more during this Washington Pride event.
