Make sure to start your dinner off with John Howie Steak’s famous bread service. The decadence begins with the starters, with luxe options like tempura-fried Kurobuta bacon, Dungeness crab cake and roasted bone marrow. The seafood bar has favorites like the hamachi crudo and fresh-shucked oysters. Soup options include lobster bisque and French onion soup, and John Howie Steak is known for doing a fabulous Tableside Caesar, where the entire salad is prepared at your table.
John Howie Steak is famous for its Wagyu, American Wagyu, Australian Wagyu and Japanese “A5” Wagyu—considered the best of the best—in a variety of different cuts that are up for ordering. The dinner menu also offers a wide range of USDA Prime steaks like the Delmonico bone-in New York strip and Porterhouse. The steaks at John Howie Steak come a la carte, with various sides like lobster mashed potatoes, butter-braised mushrooms, mesquite-grilled corn and char roasted broccoli. You can also add an Atlantic lobster tail, black truffle butter and torchon de Foie Gras to your steak to enhance the flavors even more.
