The Lodge at St. Edward State Park

The Lodge at St. Edward State Park Opens in May

Set on the picturesque eastern shore of Lake Washington, The Lodge at St. Edward State Park is scheduled to open its doors in May. The new hotel, which is a repurposed landmark seminary building, promises to be a retreat that offers modern hospitality among beautiful, timeless architecture.

The Lodge at St. Edward will have 84 spacious guestrooms, each crafted from the combination of former dormitory rooms, with original windows, doors and curated wallpaper that depicts architectural drawings of the building, blended with modern amenities. “Lodge” room types will even feature special historic touches, like vaulted ceilings, while “St. Edward” room types house a spacious seating area.

The beautiful interiors match the gorgeousness that awaits outdoors in the lush Pacific Northwest setting, as The Lodge is located in Kenmore in St. Edward State Park, which has 326 acres, with 3,000 feet of freshwater shoreline and 71 walking trails.

The Tonsorium Bar

Guests can expect divine dining via Cedar + Elm, a farm-to-table restaurant serving Northwest-inspired fare, as well as Father Mulligan’s Heritage Bar and The Tonsorium Bar, which will dish up inviting atmospheres and full food and drink menus. Each dining destination will be overseen by Executive Chef Jason Wilson. Those seeking a wellness escape can book time at Vita Nova Spa, featuring an infrared sauna, five treatment rooms and a full menu of massage and beauty treatments.

The Lodge at St. Edward guests can also look forward to a state-of-the-art fitness center, The Gallery of Fine Arts spotlighting rotating local artists and art for purchase, complimentary bike usage, an on-site library, pet-friendly accommodations and much more.
