Memorial Day Long Weekend Boat Party

Kick off Memorial Day weekend right with a boat party on Friday, May 27. The night starts at 7 p.m. and will feature live music from your favorite local DJs, a full premium bar, light bites, dancing, stunning views of Seattle’s skyline and more on the No. 1 floating nightclub. Tickets start at $20 and must be purchased online in advance.

4 The Fallen Memorial Day 5K 

Lacey

Located in Lacey, the 4 The Fallen Memorial Day 5K is a run or walk in honor of our fallen troops. The event will take place on Saturday, May 28, and all proceeds will benefit 4 The Fallen, a volunteer-based organization that helps support veterans. The trek is on an even, calming surface and can even be completed remotely for those looking to participate from home. Tickets are $25 per person and, participants will receive a medal and various merch items for finishing.

Northwest Folklife Festival

The Northwest Folklife Festival is back for its 51st year. The family-friendly celebration is a five-day-long event taking place during Memorial Day weekend from Friday, May 27, to Monday, May 30. The event is the perfect way to welcome summer, featuring a massive art show, live music, dancing, food vendors and an all-around great time celebrating life and art. Tickets are donation-based, and all proceeds help Northwest Folklife, a nonprofit in Seattle.

Memorial Day Weekend Booze Cruise

If you are unable to make the first booze cruise or simply would like to attend another, the Memorial Day Weekend Booze Cruise will be taking place on Monday, May 30, from 3 to 7 p.m. Tickets start at $25 for day-long fun featuring two floors to party, heated indoor and outdoor areas, a DJ spinnin’ your favorite songs, a full bar and a professional photographer to capture it all.

Memorial Day Ceremony at Museum of Flight

The Museum of Flight is offering a Memorial Day Ceremony to pay respect and honor to the men and women who risked their lives for our country. The event is free with the purchase of a museum ticket and takes place on Monday, May 30, at 11 a.m.

Memorial Day Marathon

Olympia

Whether you choose to run or walk the 1M, 5K or 10K in-person or virtually, you will be participating for a great cause to help support veterans while enjoying a spirited walk in honor of Memorial Day. The trek is $18 per person and takes place on Monday, May 30. Each participant will receive a medal, bib and other merchandise upon completion of the race.
