Before racing to the pumpkin patches and corn mazes, there is still time to enjoy sunflower season in Washington State. Visit these five favorites for Instagram-worthy pictures, fresh-cut bundles and fields of bright, vibrant colors to help you kiss summer goodbye.

Skagit Acres

Every Friday to Sunday, from Sept. 22 to Oct. 22, Skagit Acres offers a fun fall outing for families, brimming with sunflower and pumpkin patches, home-grown products, a brand-new wine and beer garden, seasonal decor and more. A thing of beauty, it is home to 26 acres of manicured gardens boasting sweeping vistas of Mount Baker to the north and the treelined Skagit River to the west. Stocker Farms Sunflower Fields

Open select dates starting Sept. 16, Stocker Farms Sunflower Fields will be open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. for Instagram-worthy photo-ops in the fields and U-pick-style fun, where visitors can pick and choose a multitude of sunflowers from Stocker’s fields. Unlike traditional sunflower fields, the farm offers a vibrant variety of flower colors, not just the traditional yellow, giving guests a much more unique and unforgettable experience. Fresh Flower Farm

The family-owned and -operated Fresh Flower Farm in Auburn is currently open to the public, with $15, $20 and $30 bouquet arrangement . The fields feature an array of sunflower breeds, in addition to lilies, dahlias and many other flower variations. Each flower field follows a path that leads into another flower bunch, most fields shaping themselves into hearts and fun shapes. The sunflowers stand tall and make for the perfect background for portraits or photos with loved ones. The Farm features a cozy shop for guests who would like to purchase freshly made bundles and floral arrangements. Open until early October, HomeFarm offers its signature U-Pick option, with guests having the ability to pluck their own sunflower bundles to take home for $1 per stem. Be sure to take in the view of the sun rising over the fields and a photo at sunset. Business hours change depending on the day, so be sure to check HomeFarm’s website before visiting. Deer Park Farms

Photographers and sunflower connoisseurs alike gather yearly to see these sunflower fields in Spokane, which are known to be a popular spot for graduation photos and family photo opps. Although you cannot tour the fields, guests can stop for a picture-perfect view and take photos in front of the towering flowers. The bloom is at its peak until late September and is a breathtaking, can’t-miss sight to see. To visit, the farm is located on North Spotted Road in Deer Park City in Spokane.
