Butter Home
First up, Butter Home is officially open at Chophouse Row in an adorable fresh space, with a wealth of gorgeous new merchandise. This well-loved homewares shop specializes in sustainable, local, handmade and vintage pieces in welcoming space, with an original mural by Sarah Robbins showcasing a bright and bold mix of native plants.
Butter Home’s move to Chophouse Row once again brings together long-time owner and curator Claire Corley and landlord Liz Dunn of Dunn & Hobbes; the duo originally collaborated at Melrose Market. Corley loves to support independent design and folks who craft well made, thoughtful goods. The shop features a full selection of fun and functional items including housewares, hand-printed paper goods, independently made jewelry and gifts for just about any occasion.
Butter Home has also expanded its shop offerings with new artists and makers that specialize in well-made, thoughtful goods (including ceramics by Kelsey Melville and new handmade jewelry by Knuckle Kiss and Mucho Designs).

La Dispensa
Butter Home’s immediate neighbor, La Dispensa, opened in Chophouse Row in November. Headed by Osteria La Spiga’s executive chef, Sabrina Tinsley, the Italian deli and gastronomy concept is an extension of Osteria La Spiga and offers grab-and-go lunch and take-home options.
La Dispensa offers piadina and panini sandwiches, rotisserie meats, roasted vegetables, salads, deli meats, artisan cheeses, pastas and signature sauces. It also just announced a roster of take-home dinner kits to make mealtime a snap at home, including fresh pasta and sauce kits, whole lasagnas and even Chef Tinsley’s infamous roasted chicken and potatoes. Everything can be conveniently ordered online and picked up.
