REN Seattle Tutta Bella

Tutta Bella to Open Concepts in Seattle’s REN

Beginning this spring, Tutta Bella will develop, manage and operate three separate food and drink concepts in South Lake Union’s luxury rental apartment building, REN. The Tutta Bella REN Project will include a craft cocktail bar, café and marketplace, and a full-service restaurant inside the 457-unit property that is located in the Denny Triangle in Seattle.

“Since we opened the doors to REN, our mission has been to redefine typical high-rise living; offering our residents elevated social spaces and conveniences to make their everyday feel like a retreat,” says Dave McCutcheon, vice-president of operations for CCB Properties, which developed REN, in a press release. “We’re honored to partner with Tutta Bella – an experienced group and beloved Seattle brand that cares deeply about the local community and isn’t afraid to push boundaries. We can’t wait to bring this new culinary experience to our residents and the surrounding downtown area.”

The new food and drink concepts are slated to open in three phases. Each concept will have its own distinct identity, united by a common theme rooted in Tutta Bella’s Italian heritage and current offerings across its neighborhood restaurants and retail spaces.

The first concept is a craft cocktail bar, which will serve as a rendezvous for residents and area professionals alike, offering a social, lively atmosphere that is highlighted by an extensive craft cocktail list and shareable food menu items. Next up is a café and marketplace. Visitors will find a warm, welcoming setting centered around carefully curated coffee and pastries, along with a marketplace that offers one-of-a-kind local and imported specialty foods and goods. The third concept is a full-service restaurant, which will be an evolved version of Tutta Bella’s beloved neighborhood restaurants, highlighted by a menu centered around the many seasonal offerings of Italy and the Pacific Northwest.

“Developing exceptional and intriguing hospitality destinations is a great passion of ours, and we’re equally excited and grateful for the opportunity to work with REN and its management group on this unique project,” says Joe Fugere, founder and CEO of Tutta Bella, in a press release. “Our goal is to design three amazing experiences that will serve as premium amenities for REN’s residents, while also attracting culinary enthusiasts from across the Seattle area.”
