Theo Chocolate Hosts Pop-Up Shop in Seattle

Attention all cocoa nuts: Seattle’s own Theo Chocolate hosts a pop-up shop at Periodic in South Lake Union April 29 to May 13.

In Seattle, Theo Chocolate’s reputation precedes itself. It was founded in the city in 2005 and became the very first organic, fair trade-certified chocolate maker in North America.

Theo Chocolate moves into Periodic: A Pop-Up Shop in South Lake Union from April 29 to May 13 for a one-of-a-kind pop-up experience, offering a new way to discover the famed chocolatier. “Although we are surprised when we hear of a local who hasn’t tried our chocolate, we are also thrilled because that means there is still space for us to grow right in our backyard,” says Carly Hood, associate marketing manager for Theo Chocolate in a press release. “This pop-up gives us another opportunity to connect with Seattleites in a safe manner. With our handmade confection collections and other delicious chocolaty treats, we hope to be the perfect one-stop shop for Mother’s Day or any other spring celebration people have planned.”

Theo’s flavors range from adventurous like Turmeric Spice and Grapefruit Ginger to classic combos like Coffee & Cream and Peanut Butter & Jelly. Other handmade confections include dark chocolate-covered marshmallows and the Spring Tea Ganache Collection.
