street eats Seattle Now Open

Seattle-based mama group has just unveiled its newest restaurant, street eats, where guests can build their own Levantine-style bowl using all their favorite fresh ingredients.

Drawing on the success of its sister restaurant, mamnoon street, street eats is a quick-service restaurant that elevates the experience of classic and contemporary Levantine cuisine in Seattle. Offering traditional Middle Eastern dishes and build-your-own-bowl options with a wide variety of proteins, vegetables and fiercely flavorful sauces, these customizable dishes will add some spice to your life.

The delicious yet nutritious menu is full of plant-powered proteins and fresh flavors. The starters begin with street classics like shawarminis loaded with fried cauliflower florets, tomatillo-braised chicken, pistachio pine-nut crumble. In addition, the build-your-own-bowls include layers of whole grains, protein options (such as beef kefta meatballs and cauliflower al pastor), fresh vegetables, herbs and sauces. You’ll likely be tempted to try all of the sweet and savory sauces, like pineapple salsa, sumac-pomegranate vinaigrette and house-made hummus.

“The mission of all our restaurants is to build relationships and community through hospitality experiences rooted in Levantine traditions,” says Wassef Haroun, owner of mama group in a press release. “street eats is a natural expansion, as it empowers us to share the beloved mamnoon street flavors in new, accessible ways. We’re proud to bring modern healthy dining options to Seattle and South Lake Union, and we’re especially excited to fill a gap that our guests have been asking for: customizable, build-your-own options.”

Additionally, street eats Seattle will act as mamnoon street’s catering division, providing simple online ordering with both approachable and more adventurous alternatives for parties of all sizes. Plus, the space will house a mini-manna market, showcasing mamnoon fine foods pantry items and an array of grab-and-go refrigerated items, perfect for lunch on the go.

street eats Seattle is open for dine-in, pickup and delivery from noon to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday. For more information, visit nadimama.com.
