STELLA Opens in Seattle’s First Hill Neighborhood

How does homemade pasta, fondue service and alfresco dining sound? STELLA, which offers all of the above, recently opened in Seattle’s First Hill neighborhood at the 111-year-old Hotel Sorrento.

STELLA dishes up coastal Italian–inspired menu infused with Pacific Northwest ingredients and a sophisticated cocktail program. STELLA’s signature dishes include house-made pastas and signature items like scallops with mushrooms and polenta, crispy putini, buttery filetto ai funghi, seared octopus salad and savory Dungeness crab mac and cheese from Chef Travis White. The bar program is currently led by Jesse Cyr, formerly of Navy Strength, Rob Roy and The Fog Room.

One of the most unique aspects of STELLA is its Star Garden tent that allows guests to enjoy alfresco dining experience year-round. The tent has heaters to keep diners toasty and offers up DIY s’mores and fondue service for a cozy fall and winter dining experience.
