Stanford’s Hosts 90’s Throwback Menu

Stanford’s is a classic American steakhouse with roots deep in the Pacific Northwest since the early 90’s. In honor of its longstanding history, Stanford’s has launched a limited-time 90’s throwback menu featuring popular food and beverage delights from the decade when the Seattle restaurant first opened. These 90’s menu specials will run until the end of June.

The 90’s are definitely trending right now, from fashion and music throwbacks to food and drink. So as an ode to its start in the early 90’s, Stanford’s has launched a one-of-a-kind, pop culture-influenced menu that strives to take guests down memory lane. The interactive menu is provided to guests in a CD case, coupled with tableside games and 90’s music hits streaming throughout the restaurants’ speakers.

Offered through the end of June, each dish and drink from this playful, seasonal menu was created to reflect culinary trends from the decade, matched with pop culture references to give guests all the nostalgic feels. Menu highlights include the “Bubba Gump” coconut prawns, the “I’d Do Anything for Love” bacon-wrapped meatloaf and the “Chef Boyardee” ricotta ravioli in a pesto cream sauce.

The menu also features fun themed cocktails like the “Carrie Bradshaw” melon cosmopolitan with a watermelon candy-sugar rim and the “Oh Yeah” Kool-Aid-inspired blue raspberry margarita with a Pop Rocks candy rim. For dessert lovers, the molten chocolate lava cake is a must-try.

Stanford’s Seattle restaurant is located in the Northgate neighborhood at Northgate mall. It is open Sunday to Thursday, from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
