Johnny Mo’s Pizzeria began when owners and lifelong friends, Johnny and Mo, decided to combine their passion for authentic pizza and desire to create a haven where community and culinary excellence meet. The duo first opened the doors in Seattle’s Eastlake neighborhood in 2019, driven by the dream of sharing their love for both New York thin-crust and Chicago deep-dish pizzas. Now, with their expansion to Edmonds, they continue to bring joy to pizza enthusiasts with their expertly crafted pies and more.

With an incredible patio with peak views of the Puget Sound and a large indoor dining room and bar, patrons can enjoy summertime on the rooftop and cozy winters indoors. Known for its signature thin crust, the pizzeria serves a variety of specialty pies, including options for vegetarians and those seeking gluten-free or vegan alternatives. Some of its standout offerings include the classic New York Cheese topped with freshly shredded mozzarella, provolone, and homemade sauce made with imported tomatoes. This specialty pie has an in-house tomato-cream vodka sauce base with mozzarella, sausage, roasted red peppers, cherry peppers, and roasted garlic. For deep-dish lovers, the Mo Meat Classic is an excellent selection that will transport you with a true Chicago deep-dish pizza—baked with mozzarella, homemade sauce with imported tomatoes, and topped with sausage and pepperoni. (All deep-dish pies take 30 minutes to properly bake, and the restaurant asks to please consider this when ordering to avoid unexpected wait times.)
