The First Seating dining experience is a special three-course offering for only $65 allowing guests of John Howie Steak to select a starter, entrée, and dessert from the carefully curated menu. The restaurant hosts the First Seating dining experience now through Nov. 21 every Monday through Thursday, 4:30 and 6 p.m.
Start the First Seating with a heirloom tomato soup topped with basil creme, EVOO, and mini sourdough croutons, or select the crisp Caesar salad or classic iceberg wedge.
Among the standout entrees on the First Seating menu is the 6-oz. USDA Prime filet mignon, served alongside brown butter asparagus topped with Meyer lemon hollandaise and a Yukon gold potato puree. All steaks are prepared with the restaurant’s signature dry-aging process to enhance flavor and tenderness. The seafood offerings feature fresh, sustainably sourced options like shrimp fettuccine tossed with fresh pasta, heirloom cherry tomato, artichoke heart, sweet basil, olive oil, garlic, and parmigiano reggiano cheese. The savory wild Northwest King salmon is plated with brown butter asparagus and topped with Meyer lemon hollandaise and a side of Yukon gold potato puree.
