Bell’s Cookie Co., located in the Green Lake neighborhood of Seattle, bakes up unique, homemade recipes that take nostalgic flavors and enhance them with the highest quality ingredients. Bell’s cookies are perfectly balanced – crisp on the outside and chewy, soft and gooey on the inside – customers have been overheard calling them “addicting.”
Bell’s Cookie Co. is owned by husband-and-wife team Tomas and Brooke Perez, who first met in Bogota, Colombia, in 2014. Brooke was working as a culinary consultant at the time. As their relationship grew, the two decided to turn their passion for nostalgic-inspired culinary delights into opening a bakery and café in Colombia. In 2017, they returned to the U.S. to start a successful catering business, Table Catering Co.
When the pandemic arrived in 2020, the catering business was halted, but the duo’s delicious cookies were still being requested by their customers. Brooke and Tomas knew their cookies would bring a smile to people’s faces, near and far, during those hard times. Between Brooke’s culinary background and Tomas’ passion for making new ideas come to life, Bell’s Cookie Co. officially began in 2020, with their retail operation following in Summer 2021 in Seattle. The business is named after their young daughter Isabella, “Bell,” whose smile is as sweet as the cookies her parents create.
Today, Bell’s Cookie Co. offers 12 amazing cookie flavors along with unique seasonal flavors. We love the Lemon Blueberry Shortbread, the Colombian Corn and The Bell’s made with toffee, potato chips, chocolate chips and pecans. Bell’s Cookie Co. also partners with local businesses to create special cookie flavor collaborations.
Bell’s Cookie Co. is open Tuesday through Sunday, and hours vary depending on the day. The bakery offers in-store pickup, delivery throughout Seattle and nationwide shipping. You can even find the cookies on Delta flights!
