Valentine’s Day Dinner at Hound + Bottle

Chef Alan Davis has created an indulgent six-course shellfish feast to enjoy with your loved one on the beloved holiday. The meal will only be available on Feb. 14 with a reservation time of 5 p.m. or 7:30 p.m. The six-course menu features oysters on the half shell with a Champagne mignonette, crab bisque with saffron and chive croutons, and a pan-fried oyster with tarragon aioli, to name a few. The meal is $75 per person; bubbles and wine pairings are available as well. Reservations are required.

Valentine’s Day Weekend at Ba Sa

Although the island destination will be closed on Valentine’s Day, there is still time to celebrate the holiday of love with a special menu to be enjoyed from Feb. 11 to Feb. 13. The lineup will include a breaded, five-spiced cauliflower with a honey-sesame glaze, pan-seared scallops in a laksa broth with fried noodles, a Maine lobster cooked to perfection with garlic, egg noodles and chives and, to finish off the meal, an adorable passion fruit terrarium handcrafted with panna cotta, passion fruit, tangerine and honeycomb will be served.

A three-course, prix-fixe menu is popping up at the Hotel Sorrento’s on-site dining destination, STELLA. The meal will only be available on Valentine’s Day, Feb. 14, for $50 per person at 7 p.m. The evening will include shrimp scampi with roasted cherry tomatoes, arugula and parmesan, or the Lady and the Tramp-style spaghetti and meatballs. A specialty cocktail lineup has been curated for the evening, with drinks like the Roses are Red and Violets are Blue available for an additional charge.
