Leave the work to the pros this Thanksgiving and dine-in or take-out your holiday feast from these adored Washington dining destinations. Be sure to make reservations and be mindful of deadlines for to-go orders and pickup dates.

AQUA by El Gaucho in Seattle is offering a traditional to-go turkey feast for four ($270), with sides including gravy, truffled mac and cheese, Yukon Gold mashed potatoes, pull-apart rolls, pumpkin pie and much more. Plus, all El Gaucho locations are offering a prime rib dinner for four ($300), with Caesar salad, roasted sweet corn, pumpkin pie and more. All you have to do is pick it up and reheat! Nov. 16 at 10 p.m. is the order deadline, with pickup available Nov. 24 between noon and 5 p.m.

Make reservations for Downtown Seattle’s newest restaurant, Bourbon Steak. Dine on a decadent, three-course dinner for $89 per person or $40 for children 12 and under, and enjoy the likes of Little Farm by the Sea turkey, Snake River Farms ribeye, Maine lobster pot pie and more. If you’re staying cozy at home this year, Bourbon Steak is available for pick-up or delivery, with meals starting at $179.

From 11 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., enjoy a four-course menu for $80 per person at Copperleaf Restaurant at Cedarbrook Lodge in Seattle. The free range roasted turkey dish is sided with rainbow chard-stuffed delicata squash, Yukon Gold potato purée, cranberry-spice chutney and many more festive accompaniments.

At Hearth at The Heathman in Kirkland, revelers can enjoy a three-course dine-in spread for $55 per person, with options like braised beef short rib, crab cakes and Washington apple crisp.

From 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. at Cedar + Elm at The Lodge at St. Edward Park, Executive Chef Jason Wilson will prepare an unforgettable holiday meal with locally-sourced, seasonally-inspired ingredients for $65 per person.

Water’s Table at Hyatt Regency Lake Washington will dish up a three-course meal with an entree of traditional turkey and all the sides you love: fig-and-walnut stuffing, rosemary mashed potatoes, brussels sprouts and carrots. To top it off, diners can dig into an apple tart or classic pumpkin pie for dessert.

Semiahmoo Resort in Blaine dishes up a trio of Thanksgiving dining options this holiday season. With seating at 1 p.m. and 3 p.m., parties with a minimum of six enjoy a family-style feast (including all-you-can-eat roasted turkey, maple-brined pork loin and traditional holiday staples!) that will take place in one of Semiahmoo ballrooms, with tables spaced with plenty of room to spare so you can feel safe while celebrating. ($62 per person; $35 kids age 6 to 12; and kids 5 and under eat free.) For smaller groups, Thanksgiving specials are available at Packers Kitchen + Bar from 4 to 9 p.m. Or, savor a delicious take-home meal from Great Blue Heron Grill from your own dining table. The three-course meal features dinner rolls and butter, choice of salad, roasted turkey breast and all the fixings, plus pumpkin pie or chocolate mousse pie for dessert. ($28 per person.) Basalt inside Hotel Windrow in historic Downtown Ellensburg hosts a family-style, prix-fixe feast from noon to 5 p.m. Diners can choose between a bourbon-glazed salmon or turkey thigh confit for their entree, paired with a variety of delicious sides that’ll you be thinking about through Christmas.

Ascend Prime Steak & Sushi brings back its acclaimed Thanksgiving Brunch from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Turkey Day. The fine-dining restaurant is offering an exquisite, all-inclusive and customizable brunch, and guests get to choose from revolving carousels of beverages and carts of dynamic bites (like pork belly deviled eggs, petite quiche and sushi rolls) in a table-side setting.
