Spice Bridge, a Global Food Hall, Opens in Seattle

Spice Bridge, a new market concept featuring global cuisine from immigrant- and refugee-owned businesses, is now open in Tukwila Village, just 10 minutes from Downtown Seattle.

With eight stalls in total, diners are invited to enjoy tastes of the Congo, Argentinian, Somalia, Senegal, Afghanistan, the Philippines and more at newly opened Spice Bridge. Each stall has the support of the Food Innovation Network, an incubator that helps get these small businesses off the ground.
