Hometown: Seattle, WA

First job: Lifeguard at the YMCA

Favorite ways to spend your free time in WA: Snowboarding, tennis, volleyball, hanging out with loved ones.

Your biggest accomplishment and why: My biggest accomplishment has to be growing the amazing team that we have. Helping them develop their skills and figure out what they’re best at and what they enjoy doing.

The biggest obstacle you overcame: The biggest obstacle I overcame was to break out of the path that was suggested to me. I was always told to go to school, get a good job and work for someone my entire life. My parents never told me that I should become an entrepreneur.

Someone who inspires you and why: Marcus Lemonis. Watching his CNBC show “The Profit” really taught me that I could be able to do what I love, which is helping others, while at the same time making a living from it.

Advice to someone pursuing a career path in what you do: Never give up. You will never fail as long as you don’t give up. Even when you think you can’t do it anymore, keep pushing. If you want it enough, it will work.

Favorite quote: “Use the business to build people instead of using people to build the business,”

Something someone would be surprised to learn about you: I used to play poker for a living for two years.

What makes someone fabulous: Treating everyone with compassion and kindness.
