Hometown: I was born in New Delhi, India, and then grew up just north of Toronto.
First job: My first job was at Burger King when I was 13, flipping burgers.
Favorite ways to spend your free time in WA: When I think of Washington I think of being outside generally or, more specifically, out on the water with my family.
Person who has impacted your life the most and why: Both of my parents inspired me to think big.
Your biggest accomplishment in your eyes and why: Aside from my family, I view being able to build a great company/team as my biggest accomplishment. BizX has done so much good for small business, helping charities, etc.; I always think of it as being more about giving back rather than being just a company.
The biggest obstacle you have overcome:I don’t want to pick one from the past because I’m constantly trying to overcome challenges, and never know which one might end up being the biggest.
Someone who inspires you and why: Ray Dalio because he’s accomplished and no-nonsense. My father has also inspired me, as he was a great mentor and taught me how to think big.

Advice to someone pursuing a career path in what you do: Think big, don’t be afraid to take risk, and believe in yourself.
