Musang + Conversation Collaboration Dinner

Chef Kaleena Bliss will round out her series of collaboration dinners with James Beard-nominated Chef Melissa Miranda of Musang on Thursday, April 21, at Conversation at Thompson Seattle.
The two chefs will be joining forces for one night only to produce a six-course family-style menu, celebrating Filipino cuisine. Cost is $85 plus tax and gratuity per person and reservations can be made at Open Table.
The event will kick off at 5:30 p.m. with passed appetizers and bubbles, followed by:
Course 1
Lumpiang Hubad
cabbages, green beans, sweet potatoes, jicama
sweet peanut and garlic sauce
Course 2
Escabeche
Smoked mussels, peppers, pickled carrots, ginger, sweet n sour sauce
Course 3
Pancit
pancit canton, spring peas, watermelon radishes, yellow squash, carrots
Course 4
Sarciadong Isda
fried fish bites, roasted tomatoes, garlic, onions, egg sauce

Chicken Inasal
grilled chicken, lemongrass, atsuete, 7 up, ginger, garlic, atchara
