Join Friends of Little Sài Gòn to learn how to make Bánh Tét, one of many traditional Lunar New Year dishes, at Little Saigon Creative in Seattle on Jan. 22. Ticket sales end on Jan. 18.
What are your Tết food traditions? Join in on Saturday, Jan. 22, and learn how to make bánh tét, one of many traditional Lunar New Year meals. Local chefs from Phở Bắc and Ba Sa Restaurant (pictured) will teach you how to make this delicious dish to bring home and enjoy later.
Bánh tét, native to central and south Vietnam, is a must-have traditional food during Tết. Bánh Tét is a savory glutinous rice cake filled with mung bean and pork, and wrapped in a banana leaf.

Your session will begin promptly at the time indicated for your time slot. In order for us to manage capacity and supplies, you can only attend the slot you registered for.
