When it comes to showcasing the top brewers of the fresh hop season, Seattle’s Fresh Hop Beer Festival offers everything you could possibly desire and more. The brews and their brewers are celebrated at Fresh Hop on Oct. 7 and 8 at Warren G. Magnuson Park.
The best and most distinctive collection of Fresh Hop beers is where Seattle Fresh Hop wins guests over. Once you’ve found your beer of choice, you’ll definitely be in the mood to party. This hop-filled event offers live performances, DJs, delicious cuisine and giveaways. Food will be served from food-trucks and additional beverages will be available at the pop-up tiki bar and the cider bar. Whether it rains or shines, the event might more than double in capacity this year thanks to its new indoor/outdoor location at Hangar 30.
Since hops are a perennial plant, they are only accessible during the northern hemisphere’s hop harvest, which lasts from mid-August until late September.
