Carnival of Cocktails

Carnival of Cocktails is the destination for pop-up cocktail bars, tastings, education, experiences, cuisine, and of course, spirits. This interactive cocktail experience takes place on Saturday, Apr. 1 from 12 to 7 p.m. at the Seattle Center.
Formerly known as The Cocktail District, Carnival of Cocktails is the best way to celebrate the completion of Seattle Cocktail Week. Guests will be able to sample spirits, try them in cocktails and try out some delicious food from the numerous local food trucks. Some fan favorite Seattle food trucks include Monster Dogs, Mexicuban and Tabassum. In addition, Alexandra’s Macarons will also be in attendance to help satisfy your sweet tooth.
As for the alcohol, hundreds of liquor brands will be available for guests to try. Each alcohol brand will provide a creative cocktail option in collaboration with Seattle’s renowned bars. Plus, with the help of educational speakeasies guests can also participate in demos and tastings to gain a better cocktail knowledge.
