5th Annual Paddle Race

Join the Clean Lake Union team for the fifth-annual Paddle Race on Sept. 6 at 10 a.m. Bring your paddle board and competitive spirit as we raise awareness for stormwater capture and the latest neighborhood projects.
After racing on two separate courses on Lake Union, participants and spectators will enjoy complimentary beverages from Gasworks Brewing and pastries from Seattle’s favorite bakery Saint Bread, with fun prizes available for all registered racers.
This event is made possible by Clean Lake Union and its partners at Northlake Commons, Weber Thompson, Spear Street Capital, Dunn Lumber, Hess Callahan Grey Group, Stephen C. Grey & Associates, JLL Seattle, Seattle Public Utilities, and many more.
Note: Paddle Equipment is not included. Limited rentals are available at a 10 percent discount from Alki Kayak Tours, who will deliver your rented equipment directly to the racecourse on the day of the event.
Suggested Donations: $50 per person covers race costs; $100 per person helps support future conservation work. Children under 12 are free but must be accompanied by a registered adult.
