Dani Cone is the founder and CEO of Cone & Steiner, a modern take on the classic general store carrying specialty, local and basic goods in Seattle. “C&S is based on my great-grandfather Sam Cone’s original store of the same name, established in Seattle in 1915 shortly after he came to this country.”

John Sundstrom is the chef/owner of Seattle’s Lark, a hyper-seasonal, locally focused restaurant with a Northwest-meets-Europe menu. “We opened Lark 19 years ago, and we’re still evolving.”

Todd Millar is the owner of Pull Caffe Wood Roasted Coffee, Pull Caffe Wood Fired Bakery and Hand Made Pull Espresso Machines, based in Yacolt. Currently, Millar is building A-frame Airbnb cabins on his seven-acre home and business property located in the foothills of the active Mount Saint Helens volcano.
